4. AI processing
Some features send relevant Customer Content or lead context to model providers to generate suggestions, classifications, or message drafts. We use providers under contractual terms meant to restrict unauthorized use of that data. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data that is not needed for the feature you are using.

We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the product (hosting, authentication, email/voice infrastructure, payments, analytics, error monitoring).
- Team members in your workspace according to the permissions you configure.

We do not sell personal information as "sale" is commonly understood for advertising brokers.

LeadReach processes that data to provide the Service you request.

We retain account and Service data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and protect access to your workspace.

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
